(L-R): Andy Stauffer, Terry Rector (homeowner), John Holdren (real estate agent)

The Rector residence served as a basis for our Gray’s Peak floor plan, which is a 2,952 sq ft 2-Story plan. We are happy to have been able to work with Terry in rebuilding his home. Terry was recently featured in a story by KKTV, talking more about his experience losing his home.
